CHARTER Alliance General Meeting in Vienna: Reaching out to the cultural heritage community
The CHARTER Alliance is glad to announce its first physical General Meeting from 5-7 July 2022 in Vienna hosted by the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. The conference will focus on three main topics:
1. The identification of gaps and needs in the cultural heritage labour market and consequences for the education and training sector through a series of presentations and break-out sessions.
2. A mid-term assessment of the ecosystem model of cultural heritage proposed by WP2 which has been further developed.
3. The presentation of hypotheses and preliminary conclusions arising from 1 ½ years of intensive internal discussions and work. The discussion will now reach out to stakeholders beyond the CHARTER membership.
The importance of reaching out to the wider cultural heritage community in Europe also underpins the overall theme of the meeting. The third day will be open to external cultural heritage stakeholders and will mainly be dedicated to external views and positions.
