During these last two years of work, the CHARTER project addressed the state of art of the cultural heritage sector in terms of functions, occupations, profiles, dynamics, education and training schemes to create the first blueprint for the cultural sector.

To this end, the CHARTER Policy Round Table aims to introduce the main findings and preliminary conclusions to foster discussion and exchange on the project’s main challenges. The dialogue among participants will be centred on the strategies and approaches to identify needs, gaps and emerging trends, looking into the strategies and recommendations the project should adopt at its final stage.
