During this fruitful week, the CHARTER Alliance brought together various stakeholders and actively fostered synergies across Europe, engaging in various events showcasing its mission.

Rome Conference: “Beyond Brandi: 60 years after the Teoria del Restauro“.
22 May, Rome, Italy. CHARTER partnered with Associazione Restauratori d’Italia (A.R.I.) for an international conference, where numerous speakers, including Elis Marçal from E.C.C.O., Bosse Lagerqvist from ICOMOS, Anna Mignosa from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Susan Corr from The Heritage Council, featured CHARTER in their presentations highlighting the project’s main aspects.

Helsingborg Workshop: “Adapting/ Supplementing ESCO for the needs of the Cultural Creative Sectors and Industries”
23-24 May, Helsingborg (Sweden). During a joint workshop on ESCO with Creative Flip and Cyanotypes. The CHARTER project Coordinator, Lluís Bonet, and Herman Bashiron Mendolicchio (Universitat de Barcelona), Elis Marçal (E.C.C.O.), Susan Corr (The Heritage Council) and Margherita Sani (Network of European Museum Organisations) participated in the event.

Brussels Round Table: “HERIT Final Conference & Roundtable on skills”
23 May, Brussels (Belgium). Invited by European Historic Houses, CHARTER joined a round table discussion on skills during the HERIT project Final Conference in Brussels. Marzia Piccininno from Fondazione Scuola dei Beni e delle Attività Culturali represented CHARTER.

Den Bosch Trade Fair: beurs MONUMENT
24 May, Den Bosch (The Netherlands). Marleen Hofland-Mol (Erasmus University Rotterdam) gave an introduction to CHARTER and its results at the MONUMENT, the trade fair for the management and preservation of monumental heritage.

Paris Multistakeholder Dialogue: “Unleashing the transformative power of Culture and the Arts in and through Education”
25 May, Paris (France). GiannaLia Cogliandro Beyens from ENCATC shared CHARTER’s mission during her presentation at UNESCO’s Multistakeholder Dialogue on Culture and Arts Education in Paris amplifying the project’s reach.

Rome Conference: “Beni Architettonici e del Paesaggio. Il valore della Specializzazione (Architectural and Landscape Heritage. The Value of Specialisation)”
26 May, Rome (Italy). During the conference various speakers and stakeholders of the Italian Cultural Heritage ecosystem intervened, Stefano Francesco Musso from Università degli Studi di Genova and Alessandra Vittorino from Fondazione Scuola dei beni e delle attività culturali were present and introduced the main highlights of CHARTER, during which 250 people participated.
